INVT App collects only the personal data necessary to operate and manage the influencer platform. We do not collect or store any technical or analytical data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, app versions, or error logs.

Only influencers register in the app. Clients do not create accounts through the app.

Influencers may see a client's business name and event location related to collaborations — no other client data is shared.

When you register or use the INVT App as an influencer, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Username
• Email address
• Phone number (required for verification and communication)
• Country and city
• Date of birth (DOB)
• About me (short biography)
• Allergies (optional)
• Social media accounts or links
• Chosen interest categories

Information visible to clients:

• Name
• About me
• Allergies
• Social media accounts
• Chosen interest categories

All other details — such as email, phone number, username, date of birth, country, and city — remain private and are not visible to clients.

We process influencer data strictly for:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Facilitating collaborations and displaying limited influencer details to clients.
• Displaying client business names and event locations to influencers during collaborations.
• Communicating with influencers about their accounts or related events.
• Meeting legal or contractual obligations.

We only share influencer data when necessary to operate INVT App, with:

• Hosting providers maintaining secure cloud infrastructure.
• Authorised clients participating in a specific collaboration, limited to the fields listed in section 2.
• Authorities or regulators when required by law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers or third-party analytics providers.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data (right to be forgotten).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis.
• Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or your local supervisory authority.

Personal data is stored on secure servers operated by reputable cloud providers within the EU/EEA. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

INVT App is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
